ACTING APPOINTMENT

Judicial Department

            In the exercise of powers conferred on the then Governors by Section 73(6) of the Constitution of Bermuda and after consultation with the Chief Justices at the relevant times, various distinguished persons, from a roster of names, were appointed as Assistant Justices of the Supreme Court from time to time.

NOW, after consultation with the Chief Justice, the appointments of such persons as Assistant Justices of the Supreme Court are revoked except for the following persons, who will continue as or be appointed as Assistant Justices of the Supreme Court:

• Mr. Martin Forde KC

• Mr. Nick Segal - Appointment extended for the period 18 June 2025 to 17 June 2026

• Mr. Patrick Doherty – 30 June – 31 August 2025

• Ms. Alexandra Wheatley – 1 July – 31 December 2025
