Notice to all Public Authorities as
listed in the Schedule to the PATI Act 2010
Pursuant to sections 7(1)(b), 8(1), and 58(3) of the Public Access to Information (PATI) Act 2010, every public authority listed in Column 1 of the Schedule to the Act shall submit to the Information Commissioner by 31 December 2018, the ICO 2018 Annual Return.
Returns should be submitted to the Information Commissioner’s Office, 60 Reid Street, Hamilton HM12, or by email to stats@ico.bm. Further information and additional 2018 Annual Report Forms are available by contacting the Information Commissioner’s Office at stats@ico.bm or on 294-9181.
