 His Excellency The Governor, after consultation with the  Chief Justice, 

has approved the appointment of Mr. Keith Robinson, Barrister & Attorney, to act as Assistant Justice in accordance with section 73(6) of the Bermuda Constitution for 9th February 2026 for the below specified matter: 

• 2025/114 civ. Raymond Davis & Another v Attorney General of Bermuda
