has approved the appointment of Mr. Patrick Doherty, Barrister & Attorney, to act as Assistant Justice in accordance with section 73(6) of the Bermuda Constitution for 5th February 2026 for the below specified matter: 

• 2025/62 civ. Kamal Worrell v The Director of Prosecutions et al 

• 2025/207 civ. Kamal Worrell v The Attorney- General
