THE CONSTITUTION OF BERMUDA (SECTION 79)
THE COURT OF APPEAL
In exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 79 of the Constitution of Bermuda, His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint:
- Sir Christopher Clarke; and
- Geoffrey R Bell
as Acting Justices of Appeal of the Court of Appeal of Bermuda from 1 January 2026.
