THE CONSTITUTION OF BERMUDA (SECTION 77)
THE COURT OF APPEAL
In exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 77 of the Constitution of Bermuda, His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint:
- Dr Ian Kawaley JP as President of the Court of Appeal;
- Sir Julian Flaux as Justice of Appeal of the Court of Appeal; and
- Sir Gary Hickinbottom as Justice of Appeal of the Court of Appeal
with effect from 1 January 2026 through 31 December 2028.
