ACTING APPOINTMENT

His Excellency The Governor, after consultation with the Chief Justice,
has approved the appointment of Mr. Jeffery P. Elkinson, Barrister & Attorney, to act as Assistant Justice in accordance with section 73(6) of the Bermuda Constitution for 13th November 2025 for the below specified matter:
- 2025/285civ Wanda Booth et al –v- HSBC et al
