 His Excellency The Governor, after consultation with the Acting Chief Justice, 

has approved the appointment of Mr. Jeffery P. Elkinson, Barrister & Attorney, to act as Assistant Justice in accordance with section 73(6) of the Bermuda Constitution for 23rd  September 2025 for the below specified matter:
