The Director who has supervision of the Department of Youth, Sport and Recreation, in exercise of the power conferred by section 5 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, gives the following Notice:

Citation

1. This Notice may be cited as the Public Access to Information (Information Statement) (Department of Youth, Sport and Recreation) Notice 2020.

Deposit of information statement

1. Pursuant to the requirements of section 5 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, notice is hereby given that the Department of Youth, Sport and Recreation information statement has been deposited for public inspection at—

1. the offices of the Department of Youth, Sport and Recreation;

1. the Bermuda Archives; and

1. the Bermuda National Library,

and shall come into operation on 14 December 2020.
