So, of the 20 Bermudians who have emigrated, who were interviewed in- depth, 13 had left within the past five years. We know who the Gov-ernment was then. Four had emigrated between 5 and 10 years. And three had emigrated more than 10 years ago. So, we are not saying all of this has happened in the last eight years.
