Robin Tucker , JP, MP

Biography

Robin Tucker has over 15 years’ professional human resources experience, holding senior positions in legal and hospitality environments. Robin has worked extensively for both of Bermuda’s largest law firms, Conyers and Appleby.  Currently, Robin is the Human Resource Manager at the Mid Ocean Club where in 2018 she led the team that helped the Club achieve Investor's in People Gold accreditation on its first attempt.Prior to starting her HR career in the early 2000’s, Robin spent 10 years working as a Corporate Administrator administering portfolios of local and exempted companies and partnerships. Robin is a Bermuda Educator Council Board member and is a former hotline counsellor with the Women’s Resource Center. Robin is a two-time graduate of the Bermuda College, and has earned a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Psychology from York University, Toronto, Canada. Robin holds senior professional HR certifications from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP) and the Human Resource Certification Institute (SPHR). Robin is married with two adult children and four grandchildren.
