Biography

Crystal Caesar was educated at West End Primary, The Berkeley Institute, the Bermuda College and a Rotary International student to the former Soviet Union. She graduated with cum laude honours from Georgia State University obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting in 1996. Ms. Caesar holds a CPA designation and is currently employed as the Financial Controller at ASW Law Limited. She has worked as the International Ledger Supervisor in the International Finance Division of UPS headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia and in the Insurance Division of the Registrar of Companies, eventually moving to Banking regulation at Bermuda Monetary Authority. She spent 7 years at HSC Bank Bermuda Limited working in credit financing and relationship management. Ms. Caesar is a member of the public service sorority Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. She has served on the Board of Education as Chair of the Scholarship Committee for two years, the Board of Governors at the Bermuda College, the Bermuda Independence Commission, the Education Review Working Team, Bermuda Arts Council, a member of the Development Applications Board and the National Dance Foundation of Bermuda. She is a Justice of the Peace and has been a Youthnet mentor.
