Contract description

Provide systems analysis and application software development and software services. Services will be primarily concerned with but not limited to the maintenance, enhancement and operation of the back-office Tax Commissioner System and the E-Tax systems. Monitor operation of the back-office Tax Commissioner and E-Tax Systems and suggest enhancements and/or changes as appropriate to improve operational efficiency.
