Contract description
Providing advice and counsel on all legal matters under the remit of the Registrar of Companies including but not limited to: recommendations to revise and enhance the Companies Act 1981 and other principal RoC legislation; advice in strategic direction on policies relating to Bermuda’s AML/ATF international obligations; coordinating related legislative amendments and establishment of the Compliance Unit; providing advice, facilitating legislative amendments and coordinating the economic substance regime as required by the European Union.
