To create a specialized web portal for USA FATCA and OECD Country by Country reporting (“CbC”) and Common Reporting Standard (“CRS”) filings to be uploaded to this new Portal from Bermuda financial institutions. This system was required for Bermuda to meet its International Tax Reporting Obligations agreed by the international community represented by the G20 and the OECD
