- Your name and email address
- Your constituency (if provided)
- The subject and content of your message
We also collect anonymous page view data (page visited, timestamp) for analytics purposes. No personally identifiable information is stored in analytics records.
How We Use Your Data
- Messages to MPs: Your message is forwarded to your MP's official parliamentary email. A copy is also sent to you for your records.
- Message records: We store a record of messages sent to help improve the platform and track delivery.
- Analytics: Anonymous page view counts help us understand how the platform is used and where to focus improvements.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except:
- To deliver your message to the intended MP via email
- If required by law
Data Source
All parliamentary data (MP profiles, constituencies, Hansard records) is sourced from the official Bermuda Parliament website and is publicly available information.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of any messages you have sent through the platform by contacting us. You may also request access to any personal data we hold about you.
