Honourable Minister please confirm for this Honourabel House what government
funding or financial assistance is available to families, including the specific types of
costs covered (eg., travel accommodation, service fees), the amount typically
provided per case, and whatthe total annual budget allocation is for this category of
educational support?

The Department of Education does not fund overseas educational or related services for
public school students. Government funding for services supported by the Psycho-
Educational Committee is held by the Department of Child and Family Services.
