WriteThem is a free, open-source civic engagement platform that enables Bermuda residents to find and communicate with their elected representatives. By using this platform, you agree to these terms.

Acceptable Use

When using WriteThem, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal information when sending messages
• Be respectful and constructive in your communications
• Not use the platform to send spam, threats, or abusive content
• Not attempt to impersonate another person
• Not use automated tools to submit messages in bulk

Message Delivery

WriteThem makes a best-effort attempt to deliver messages to MPs via their official parliamentary email addresses. We cannot guarantee delivery or response. Message delivery depends on the availability of valid email addresses from the Bermuda Parliament.

Data Accuracy

Parliamentary data is scraped from parliament.bm and updated regularly. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is current. For official records, please consult the Bermuda Parliament website directly.

Limitation of Liability

WriteThem is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to failed message delivery, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions.

Open Source

WriteThem is open-source software. The code can be adapted for any Westminster-style parliament. Contributions and feedback are welcome.
