What this bill does
This bill allows the government to require all business paperwork (like company registrations, certificates, and filings) to be submitted and issued electronically instead of on paper. It updates six different business laws to give the Minister power to make these electronic filing requirements through regulations.
If Passed (Voted Yes)
Businesses may be required to file all documents with the Registrar of Companies electronically rather than using paper forms

The current paper-based filing system would continue as the standard method
The government would not have clear authority to mandate electronic filing for business documents
Businesses would continue using traditional paper forms and receiving printed certificates
