If Passed (Voted Yes)

Anyone who refuses to provide the required information could face a $20,000 fine or up to 12 months in prison
If Rejected (Voted No)
The Health Council would continue operating under its current powers without this new data collection authority
Healthcare providers and insurers would not have this new legal requirement to share information
The government would have less comprehensive data to help plan for universal health coverage
